OJ Howard takes kids on shopping spree (Broadcast script)

Tampa Bay Buccaneer and former Alabama tight end OJ Howard has been in the River Region this week hosting two football camps at his alma mater, Atauga Academy.

And today, he focused on giving back to the community.

Howard took 10 local children on a shopping trip to Dick's Sporting Goods at East Chase.

Howard served as the children's personal shopping consultant for the afternoon.

With this event and his camps, Howard wants to inspire children to participate in sports...and says he hopes the giving back doesn't stop with him.
