Montgomery Zoo collecting school supplies for local elementary schools (broadcast script)

And if you happen to have some school supplies lying around the house or office that aren't being used... the montgomery zoo is asking that you donate those supplies to local students in need.

The Montgomery Zoo has their "Zoo-2-Go" van parked at the front entrance... where you can drop of things like colored pencils, construction paper, pencils, tissues, calculators and more.

And, the community has given so much to the zoo over the years. All donations will go to Chisholm and Highland Gardens Elementary Schools.

All participants who donate will receive a frozen treat.
