The "Flipping the 334" job fair in Montgomery today was aimed at providing opportunities to local youth... that don't require a college degree.

Organized by the non-profit "That's my Child"... the job fair looked to provide young workers with sustainable career options.


Nearly 15 vendors...including the military...were on the scene and ready to hire.

<"One thing I hope is that they get a lead on a job. But, other than that, I hope that they know that there are careers out here and there's a different path to success that you don't necessarily need a college degree to get there.">

The career fair was provided at no cost to participants. That's My Child also hosted an interview workshop in the morning to get participants ready to meet their potential future employers.
